CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc. (registered office: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857, hereinafter referred as Company) hereby informs the Esteemed Investors that its subsidiary, CIG Pannonia First Hungarian General Insurance cPlc. (EMABIT), became the winning bidder in the public procurement procedure announced by the National Sports Agency Nonprofit cPlc. (registered office: H-1007 Budapest, Margitsziget hrsz 23800/6. Holdudvar. ép.) as the contracting authority in the field of property and liability insurance with the most favorable bid of 374,984,139 HUF net, i.e. three hundred and seventy-four million nine hundred and eighty-four thousand one hundred and thirty-nine Hungarian Forints insurance service fee offer for 12 months.
