CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc. (registered office: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857, hereinafter referred to as Company) hereby - after the end of the contract moratorium period - informs the Esteemed Investors that as a result of an EU open procedure and as the winning bidder it has concluded a contract with Hungarian National Asset Management Inc. (registered office: H-1133 Budapest, Pozsonyi út 56.), as a tenderer, for the procurement of insurance services, including group life and accident insurance, with an insurance premium of HUF 304,070,914 per year.
