(headquarters: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857 - hereinafter referred to as Company - herby informs the Esteemed Investors that in the proceedings initiated at the Company’s request, the Central Bank of Hungary (MNB) by its Decision No 2021 H-EN-II- 63/2021 dated 03 May 2021, authorised Zoltán Polányi to become a member of the Board of Directors as a senior executive. The Company also informs the participants of the capital market that on request of its subsidiary, CIG Pannonia First Hungarian General Insurance Plc. (headquarters: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 046150) (EMABIT) by Decision No H-EN-II-64/2021 dated 03 May 2021, the MNB authorised Zoltán Polányi to also hold the position of a member of the Board of Directors of EMABIT as a senior executive.
