CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc. (Registered office: 1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1.; company registration number: Cg.01-10-045857; hereinafter: the “Company”) hereby notifies its shareholders and capital market participants that dr. Dakó Gábor Miklós resigns as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company with effect of 31 December 2020. and from the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company's subsidiary CIG Pannonia First Hungarian General Insurance Plc. The resignations are due to the fact that dr. Dakó Gábor Miklós assumes the position of Deputy CEO for both the Company and its subsidiary effective 1 January 2021.
