CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc. (Registered seat: H-1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1.; company registry number: Cg.01-10-045857; hereinafter: the “Company”) hereby notifies its shareholders and the capital market participants that in order to achieve dynamically developing, prudent sales targets the new CEO – primarily responsible for sales - of CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc and CIG Pannónia First Hungarian General Insurance Plc will be Mr. Zoltán Polányi from the date 11 January 2021.

On 1 January 2021 Mr. Gábor Dakó will join the Company and its subsidiary as a deputy CEO, whose primary task will be the strengthening of the compliance activity and communication with the authorities.
