CIG Pannónia Életbiztosító Nyrt. (registered seat: 1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1.; company registered number: Cg.01-10-045857; hereinafter: “Company”) hereby informs its Honorable Shareholders and the participants of the capital market that the court of registration – with its decree No. Cg.01-10-045857/439. – registered the capital decrease resolved by the general meeting of the Company held on 14 August 2020 with its resolution No. 22/2020. (VIII.14.) in the company register, as a result of which the registered capital of the Company decreased with an amount of HUF 6,326,693,420.

The capital decrease was carried out by the Company such that the Company decreased the par value of the 94,428,260 dematerialized, registered, series “A”, ordinary shares carrying voting rights issued by the Company from HUF 100 to HUF 33 per share.

The holders of the series “A” ordinary shares gave their consent to the contemplated decrease of the registered capital at the general meeting of the Company held on 14 August 2020. The capital decrease does not affect the Honorable Shareholders’ ownership title to the shares.

The registered capital of the Company shall be HUF 3,116,132,580 following the capital decrease.
