(its seat: 1033 Flórián square 1.; registration number:01-10-045857; hereinafter referred to:Company)  inform its shareholders and capital market participants that the Company’s qualifying majority holding subsidiary CIG Pannónia Közvetítő Cplc. decided on the voluntiary liquiditation on its general meeting of 30 September 2020.
