CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. (Registered office: 1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1; company registration number: Cg.01-10-045857; hereinafter: the “Company”) hereby notifies its esteemed shareholders and capital market participants that Hungarikum Insurance Broker Ltd. (registered office: 8086 Felcsút, Fő utca 65., company registration number: 07-09-028910, represented by: Erik Keszthelyi, managing director) announced within the legal deadline that it had reached an agreement with OPUS GLOBAL Plc. on September 24, 2020 (registered office: 1062 Budapest, Andrássy út 59., company registration number: 01-10-042533) on the acquisition of CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc.'s 23,466,020 series “A” dematerialized ordinary shares with a nominal value of HUF 33, representing 24.85% of the Company's share capital.

The share of Hungarikum Insurance Broker Ltd. in the Company will increase to 28.06% after obtaining the license of the Hungarian National Bank.
