CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. (Registered office: 1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1; company registration number: 01-10-045857; “Company”) notifies the Dear Investors and the capital market participants that the share exchange previously announced by the Company will not take place on August 7, 2020.

The abovementioned share exchange was postponed (i) in order to comply more fully with Regulation 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2017, and (ii) in view of the fact that the Company has convened an Extraordinary General Meeting at 14 August 2020 The which intends to decide on the reduction of the share capital of the Company.
