CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc. (registered seat: H-1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1.; company registry number: Cg.01-10-045857; hereinafter: the “Company”) hereby notifies its shareholders and other capital market participants that with its resolution no. H-JÉ-II-39/2020 the HFSA approved the recovery plan of CIG Pannónia First Hungarian General Insurance cPlc, 100% Subsidiary of the Company by imposing an additional capital requirement of HUF 500,000,000, from the Company for the Subsidiary. The regulation does not require any additional resources from the Company beyond the commitments made so far.
