CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc. (registered seat: H-1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1.; company registry number: Cg.01-10-045857; hereinafter: the “Company”) hereby notifies its shareholders and the capital market participants that the Board of Directors of CIG Pannónia First Hungarian Insurance Plc, 100% subsidiary of the Company has decided to sell the Polish carrier's professional indemnity insurance business in the context of a transfer of portfolio, after receiving the necessary regulatory approvals.

The sale will take place within the framework of a new recovery plan ordered by the MNB in ​​order to increase the subsidiary's own funds.
