The General Meeting of the Company appointed dr. Mária Király with its resolution No. 17/2018. (IV.27.) and Gergely Domonkos Horváth with its resolution No. 18/2018. (IV.27.) as the members of the Board of Directors of the Company for a five year period with the effect from the date of the authorization of the National Bank of Hungary. The National Bank of Hungary has passed the resolutions of the authorisation regarding both members on 20th June 2018.
