After the merger by acquisition Pannónia Life Insurance cPlc will be terminated and all its assets and liabilities shall be transferred to CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc by way of universal succession. After the transformation the form of CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. remains unchanged, it will continue its operation as a public limited company.
