CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Private Limited Company (registered office: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857, hereinafter referred to as Company) hereby notifies its esteemed shareholders and other capital market participants —following up on its previous announcements — related to the CIG Pannónia Első Magyar Általános Biztosító Zrt. (EMABIT), and collectively at the consolidated level, to the so-called Italian matters1 related to the operations of the CIG Pannónia Group (Group) – has fulfilled its obligation arising from the agreement set forth in its previously published announcement today2, May 7, 2026.
We reiterate, in connection with the settlement of the previously described litigation, that the settlement and payment were made using EMABIT’s own resources, in accordance with the reserves reviewed and established in 2024, and in an amount not exceeding the reserve set forth therein.
