CIG PANNONIA LIFE INSURANCE PLC. (registered office: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857, hereinafter referred to as Company) hereby informs the Esteemed Investors that the Government Office of the Prime Minister, acting on behalf of the Hungarian State, has concluded a contract with Groupama Biztosító Zrt. as the lead insurer and the Company as the co-insurer for two calendar years, from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2023, in order to implement the provisions of the General Accident Insurance for Children and Youth Act No. 119/2003 (VIII. 14.) of the Government of the Republic of Hungary on the insurance of children and young persons, to be covered by state-funded accident insurance from the age of 3 until the age of 18. The total annual premium for the contract is HUF 79 900 000/year.
