(registered office: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857, hereinafter referred as Company) hereby informs the Esteemed Investors and other capital market participants that Ákos Veisz - with his statement submitted to the Company today - resigns from the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee of the Company and its subsidiary, CIG Pannonia First Hungarian General Insurance cPlc.

The Company reminds the Esteemed Shareholders that a new member of the Supervisory Board and the Audit Committee will be elected at the Annual General Meeting in accordance with item 6 of the Agenda.
