CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc. (Registered office: 1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1; company registration number: Cg.01-10-045857; hereinafter: the “Company”) hereby notifies its shareholders and capital market participants that the Company as Founder elected Tima János as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of its Subsidiary, CIG Pannonia First Hungarian General Insurance Plc. The mandate of the abovementioned person is for a definite period of 3 (that is three) years with the effect from the date of the authorization of the National Bank of Hungary.
