(Registered seat: H-1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1.; company registry number: Cg.01-10-045857; hereinafter: the “Company”) hereby notifies its shareholders and the capital market participants that the transaction between Hungarikum Alkusz Kft. (seated: 8086 Felcsút, Fő street 65.) and OPUS Global Nyrt. regarding the ownership of 24,85% of the Company has been completed, resulting Hungarikum Alkusz Kft. to acquire qualified property based on direct ownership above 30%, but below 33% in the Company.

Hungarikum Alkusz Kft. has a direct ownership of 31,5% in the Company, having a number of 29 746 921 ordinary shares.
