(Registered seat: H-1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1.; company registry number: Cg.01-10-045857; hereinafter: the “Company”) hereby notifies its shareholders and the capital market participants that the Company has entered into a group life insurance contract with MVM Paksi Atomerőmű Zrt. and Paks II Atomerőmű Zrt.

The Company has concluded an additional group life, accident and health insurance contract for 2452 people with MVM Paksi Atomerőmű Zrt., and for more than 400 people with Paks II Atomerőmű Zrt. based on a public procurement tender.
