(headquarters: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857) - hereinafter referred to as Company - herby informs the Esteemed Investors that the figures in Table 15 (Issuer's ownership structure (31 December 2023) on page 52 of the Company's report for the fourth quarter of 2023 (the Report1), prepared by CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. on the basis of the International Financial Reporting Standards adopted by the EU and published by the Company on 26 February 2024 as part of its regular information, have slipped during the deletion process for technical reasons. Having detected this error on our own initiative and apologising for the publication of the erroneous data for technical reasons, we will correct it immediately
by publishing the correct data.
