Publication of the Sustainability Report of CIG Pannónia Group for the year 2022


CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Public Limited Company (registered office: 1097 Budapest
Könyves Kálmán krt. 11, building „B”; company registration number: 01 10 045857; registration court: Registry Court of the Capital City Court) (Company) also highlighted in its consolidated annual report adopted on 19 April 2022 that, as a listed company, it has recognised and intends to build on the benefits of a regulated market presence at group level in the context of the rise of the ESG approach.
Our Company and its consolidated subsidiary CIG Pannónia First Hungarian General Insurance Company Zrt (EMABIT) are moving towards transparency and the realisation of this objective. It manages the steps of progress according to the ESG guidelines of the Budapest Stock Exchange on a unified project level, which have been embodied in a separate nonstandardised annual sustainability report for the business year 2022, which is the same date and content as the annual report, and in the presentation of long-term objectives.

Our Company hereby informs our Investors that we have prepared and, before the decisions of the Annual General Meeting, are publishing as an annex to this information the Group Sustainability Report for the year 2022, which, through a set of publicly available information, presents the Company's sustainability efforts to date and highlights the focus of sustainability efforts.
