CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc. (registered office: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857, hereinafter referred to as Company), hereby informs the Esteemed Shareholders and the participants of the capital market that at the Board meeting held on January 16, 2023, the Board elected dr. Péter Bogdánffy, previously authorized by the MNB as a member of the Managing Board, as its new president. The Board's decision regarding the position of Chairman of the Managing Board is based on the change in the Company's management.
