CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc. (registered office: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857, hereinafter referred to as Company), in compliance with its legal obligations contained in §55. (1) of the Act CXX of 2001 on the capital market as well as of the relevant provisions of 24/2008. (VIII. 15.) PM Decree, hereby informs the Esteemed Shareholders and the participants of the capital market that the employment of CEO Zoltán Polányi in the Company and in its 100% owned subsidiary, CIG Pannonia First Hungarian General Insurance cPlc. (registered office: 1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán krt. 11.B, company registration number: 01 10 046150 (EMABIT)) is terminated by mutual agreement. From January 16, 2023, the Company will be managed by CEO Dr. István Fedák. On the same day, Zoltán Polányi resigned from the Managing Board of both companies.
