CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc. (registered office: H-1097 Budapest, Könyves Kálmán körút 11.B, company registration nr.: 01 10 045857, hereinafter referred as Company) hereby informs the Esteemed Investors that the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, CIG Pannonia First Hungarian General Insurance cPlc. (together: CIG Pannonia Group) and the MKB-Pannónia Health and Self-Help Fund (registered office: H-1056 Budapest, Váci u. 38.; company registration nr.: 01-04-0000198; tax number: 18232761-1-41, hereinafter referred as MKB EP) today entered into a long-term, fixed-term (five-year and extendable five-year) strategic cooperation agreement in order to make fuller use of the synergies in the cooperation between the fund and the insurance company - thus providing other insurance services to the fund's membership of more than 200,000 people within the framework of the legal possibilities.

The Company reminds that the main pillar of its Growth Strategy, announced in July 2021, was to become a reliable composite insurance company with a life insurance and non-life insurance product portfolio within the next five years, with a decisive size and a stable background, an additional element of achieving this goal is the recently published long-term cooperation.
