No. H-EN-II-89/2020 authorized dr. István János Fedák as the number one manager of the Company.

With its resolutions No. H-EN-90-92 / 2020, the MNB also authorized dr. István János Fedák as the number one manager, Erika Vada as supervisory board member, and Zsuzsanna Ódorné Angyal as member of the board of directors of EMABIT.
