IG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. (Registered office: 1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1 .; company registration number: Cg.01-10-045857; hereinafter: the “Company”) hereby notifies its esteemed shareholders and capital market participants that as the founder of CIG Pannónia First Hungarian General Insurance Plc. the Company has elected dr. Péter Bogdánffy and Zsuzsanna Ódorné Angyal as members and dr. István Fedák as chairman of the Board of the Directors, while János Tima, Ákos Veisz and Erika Vada as members dr. Gábor Dakó as chairman of the Supervisory Board of its Subsidiary.

The mandate of the elected persons is valid for a definite period of 3 (ie three) years, depending on the the relevant authorization of the Hungarian National Bank.
