CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. (Registered office: 1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1 .; company registration number: Cg.01-10-045857; hereinafter: the “Company”) hereby notifies its esteemed shareholders and capital market participants that dr. Mária Király, dr. Gabriella Kádár and Miklós Barta, the members of the Board of Directors of the Company and its Subsidiary, CIG Pannónia First Hungarian General Insurance Plc (hereinafter referred to as: EMABIT) have resigned with the effect of the next General Meeting of the Company, but at the latest 60 days within the resignement.

The Company thanks dr. the successful and efficient work of dr. Gabriella Kádár and Miklós Barta for the benefit of the Company and its Subsidiary.
