The mandate of dr. Gábor Móricz as chairman, and Imréné Fekete as member of the Supervisory Board of the Company’s Subsidiary, CIG Pannónia First Hungarian General Insurance cPlc. expires on 7 February 2020. No new members of the Supervisory Board have been elected, therefore, as of that date, it will continue to operate with three members.
