CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc. (registered seat: H-1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1.; company registration number: Cg. 01-10-045857; hereinafter: “Company”) hereby notifies its shareholders and the capital market participants on the following.

The employment of Zoltán Busa, as member of the Board of Directors and CEO of CIG Pannonia First Hungarian General Insurance Ltd. (hereinafter: “EMABIT”), was terminated  based on a mutual agreement as of today.

The Board of Directors has decided that -with the effect from the date of the permission of the National Bank of Hungary- it will be dr. Gabriella Kádár taking over the duties of the CEO. The Company initiates the authorization of the National Bank of Hungary.
