CIG Pannonia Life Insurance Plc. (registered seat: H-1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1.; company registry number: Cg.01-10-045857; hereinafter: the “Company”) hereby notifies its shareholders and the capital market participants that the merger of  OPUS GLOBAL Plc. and KONZUM Plc  was completed on 30th June 2019 thus the legal successor of KONZUM Plc. is OPUS GLOBAL Plc.

The Supervisory Authority has given permission with its resolution No. H-EN-II-70/2019 to OPUS GLOBAL Plc. to acquire qualified property based on direct ownership above 20% but below 33% in the Company and qualified property based on indirect ownership above 20% but below 33% in CIG Pannonia First Hungarian General Insurance Plc., 100% subsidiary of the Company. In this way, OPUS GLOBAL Plc. acquired a qualifying influence based on 24.85% direct ownership in the Company and a 24.85% indirect influence in EMABIT.
