(registered seat: H-1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 1.; company registry number: Cg.01-10-045857; hereinafter: the “Company”) hereby notifies its shareholders and other capital market participants that the Company Court Registry of Budapest has registered with its resolution No. Cg.01-10-045857/393 the body members elected by the general meeting of the Company and authorized by the National Bank of Hungary.

According to the resolutions of the general meeting held 17 April 2019, dr. Péter Bogdánffy and dr. István János Fedák were elected as the members of the Board of Directors, further on István Papp and János Tima were elected as the members of the Supervisory Board of the Company.
