The amendments to the Articles of Association occurred as a result of the resolutions of the General Meeting held 27 April 2018 where dr. Mária Király and Gergely Domonkos Horváth were elected as the members of the Board of Directors. The General Meeting appointed Ernst & Young Audit LLC for 2 years until the closure of the financial year 2019 and personally responsible auditor Gabriella Virágh as the statutory auditor of the Company. On top of the election of the members of the Board of Directors and the auditor the General Meeting has passed the decision No. 15/2018 (IV.27.) on the amendment of the certain parts of the Articles of Association that were registered with the resolution No. 01-10-045857/376. of the Company Registry Court of Budapest.
