The Company’s Repeated Annual General Meeting held on 27 April, 2018 decided with its Resolution No. 10/2018. (IV.27.) on the dividend payment of HUF 10 gross per ordinary share.  

The total number of the ordinary shares issued by the Company is 94 428 260 pieces. The company owns altogether 1 104 006 pieces of shares which do not entitle for dividend according to the Articles of Association. Since the Repeated Annual General Meeting has decided with its Resolution No. 10/2018. (IV.27.) to pay the total amount of 933 242 540 HUF dividend, the Company shall pay gross 10 HUF per share. The Company will pay dividends as stated in its announcement of 14 May, 2018, starting from 4 June, 2018.
