The Memorandum of Understanding was ceremonially signed by Yuan Linjiang, Chairman of China Re, Dr. Gabriella Kádár, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CIG Pannónia EMABIT, and Zoltán Busa, CEO of CIG Pannónia EMABIT. 

The two companies demonstrated their willingness to cooperate in the presence of senior representatives of the National Bank of Hungary - Dr. Ferenc Szebelédi, Head of Insurance Supervision Department and Dr. Csaba Kandrács, Executive Director of Financial Institutions Supervision  - and Huang Hong, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Insurance Regulatory Commission. 

In the framework of the cooperation the parties jointly work together on the development of serving the insurance and reinsurance needs of companies and investments of Chinese interest in Hungary.
