The number of „A” ordinary shares owned by VINTON Ltd. - legal person associated with Dr. József  Bayer chairman of the Supervisory Board of CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. – increased by 4,516,911 pieces,  thus VINTON Ltd. has 12,359,462 pieces of CIGPANNONIA shares. (The number of shares of the owners of VINTON Ltd. has not been changed: Dr. József Bayer owns 1,500,000 pieces, Iván Bayer owns 100 pieces and Zsuzsanna Csilla Bayer owns 100 pieces of CIGPANNONIA shares.)

The number of „A” ordinary shares owned by Dr. Gábor Móricz - chairman of the Supervisory Board of CIG Pannónia First Hungarian General Insurance Company Ltd, 100% subsidiary of the Company – increased by 52,312 pieces, thus Dr. Gábor Móricz has 4,680,210 pieces of CIGPANNONIA shares.

The number of „A” ordinary shares owned by Kaptár Zrt.- legal person associated with Dr. Gábor Móricz – incresed by 750,148 pieces, thus Kaptár Ltd. ownes 3,715,148 pieces (Kaptár Zrt. has 53,79% ownership interest in GridLogic Kft, the number of shares owne by GridLogic Kft.remained unchanged, it ownes 1,211,000 pieces of ordinary shares.)
