The reason for the change is that the ownership of Pannónia CIG Fund Manager is extended with new members: - MKB Bank cPlc., MKB Pension Fund, MKB Health and Mutual Fund and Gránit Bank cPlc.

With the expansion of the ownership the registered capital of Pannónia CIG Fund Manager will rise significantly, from HUF 150 million to HUF 306.12 million.

According to the preference shares CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc. delegates one member to the Board of Directors of 7 and also to the Supervisory Board of 5 members.
