The Board of Directors proposed that the form of the transformation shall be simplified according to the section 29 of the Act CLXXVI of 2013 on the Transformation, Merger and Division of Legal Entities. The General Meetings of the insurance companies decided on the transformation and proposed 30 June 2017. as the planned date of transformation.

The merger by acquisition will become valid after the registration by the Company Registry Court.
