The General Meeting of the Company appointed Mr. Benedek Sándor on 24 April 2017  as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company for a period of five years with the effect from the date of the authorization of the National Bank of Hungary. The Company has already initiated the authorization process at the National Bank of Hungary, but Mr. Benedek Sándor has resigned prior to the granting of the authorization. His resignation statement arrived today to the Company.
