As it is known CIG Pannónia First Hungarian General Insurance Company Ltd. (EMABIT) submitted a proposal to its founder on the merger by acquisition of Pannónia General Insurance cPlc. into EMABIT. One step of the integration process is the portfolio adjustment: according to its business strategy, CIG Pannonia group focuses on those niche markets where it can operate competitively. Considering this, the general meeting of Pannónia General Insurance cPlc. decided to sell its home insurance, condominium insurance and compulsory vehicle liability insurance portfolio.

No action is required from customers concerned, Aegon Hungary will provide them with any additional information by letter.
