The Company acquired 98.97% ownership interest in MKB Life Insurance cPlc. while its subsidiary, CIG Pannónia First Hungarian General Insurance Ltd. acquired 98.98% ownership interest in MKB General Insurance cPlc. on 1st January 2017. One step of the integration process of the two companies into CIG Pannónia is the change of their names. The parties concerned has already started to take the necessary technical steps.
